Garnethill Street
Garnethill is a two-bedroom flat with double-height ceilings and a mezzanine floor in the old Glasgow High School for Girls. Creating a colourful, renter-friendly and durable interior was the priority. I introduced vintage furniture with patina so that scuffs and scrapes matter less, making the environment more homely for renters. Re-using furniture where possible is a more sustainable choice and this was also reflected in retaining most elements of the kitchen and bathroom suites, whilst upgrading the tiling and colour schemes.
