Graham Terrace

A top-floor flat in a terraced house in Stewarton. This flat was previously renovated to form three bedrooms instead of two, and was in good condition. I replaced the boiler and renovated the kitchen, taking down the wall between the kitchen and living room and building in a small corner utility room with a pocket door to house the boiler and washer/drier.
